Louisiana Justice Coalition

Public Education

The Louisiana Justice Coalition (LJC) proactively conducts public education projects at law schools and undergraduate institutions in Louisiana. Upon request, it also participates in public education programs for members of the faith community, civic organizations, and advocacy groups.

LJC makes a concerted effort to serve as a bridge between ‘grassroots’ and ‘grasstops’ organizations, serving as an effective conduit of information between the public defender client community and many of the social service organizations (including civil and criminal legal defense programs) that have overlapping contact with these individuals.

If you would like LJC to speak to your members, or if you would like more information about LJC’s work, please contact us at
