LPDB Trial Court Performance Standards

In April 2009, in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, the Office of the Governor promulgated the Louisiana Public Defender Board (LPDB) Trial Court Standards.

From the LPDB Website:

"The Louisiana Public Defender Board Trial Court Performance Standards are intended to encourage public defenders, assistant public defenders and appointed counsel to perform to a high standard of representation and to promote professionalism in the representation of indigent defendants."
